Moonlite Catering

You will receive a complete BBQ dinner/lunch for 50 guests at your choice of location in the Fresno area only. The menu will consist of the following items:

1.   Hickory smoked BBQ Tri-Tip, sautéed in a rich au-jus sauce

2.   (8) Oz Chicken Breast smothered in homemade spicy BBQ sauce

3.   BBQ Ranch style beans (mild in heat) or Rice Pilaf

4.   Toasted Garlic Cheese bread or a soft Potato roll/butter

5.   Fresh Green salad (choice of dressing)

6.   Cookie

Moonlite Catering agrees to the following terms:  Moonlite will serve your guest buffet style and will supply all cooking utensils, linens and chaffing dishes for the food serving table. All food items will be prepared and served at the event site, along with additional paper plates, napkins, and eating utensils.

Clean up of the food serving and cooking area will be the responsibility of Moonlite employees.

The above menu cannot be changed without the authorization of the management and the date of the BBQ request will be on availability of that date according to Moonlite Catering schedule.
